GREEN RIVER — According to the Green River Police Department Officers responded to a report of a single vehicle accident near East 4th South and Uinta Drive around 4:04 p.m. on May 29th.
It was reported a motorcycle with a passenger, made a right hand turn southbound on Uinta Drive from East 4th South, the rear tire went out from underneath the motorcycle, which was laid down on the left side.
The rear tire was mostly flat and rolled off the rim.

Castle Rock Ambulance Service responded to the location, the driver was okay and refused treatment.
The passenger was an adult female who was transported to Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County for treatment. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.
