We take great pride in taking the time to ensure that our customers receive a quality product and we don’t compromise on the value of freshness. Obviously, it would make life in the mornings much easier for our employees if we just bought packages of tortillas or bags of chips but that just wouldn’t be the Taco Time way. Instead, we have worked very hard over the years to develop procedures and systems that allow us to make all of these items every day before our customers walk through our doors. We want them to know that when they bite into one of our hearty crisp tacos that we made that shell, shredded the cheese, cooked the meat, and sliced those tomatoes especially for them that morning.

So what time do Taco Time’s employee need to start in order to make all their taco shells, chips, salad bowls, and crustos fresh Daily? Actually, they are probably much faster at this than you think. It takes about one hour each morning for our employees to fry these items to perfection. We have special tools to help them make our crisp tacos in the perfect shape so that we can fill them just right with all those yummy ingredients mentioned above. Our employees inspect each tortilla to make sure they are the right shape and consistency and if they aren’t they toss them and start again. They do the same thing with our salad bowls and we believe that these freshly fried shells are the best part of the salad. Our chips are also cut, fried, and seasoned daily making our Nachos Grande one of our most loved items. A plate of our Nachos are sure to fill up even the hungriest customer and leave them satisfied.
